I'd like to say, from the moment my girlfriend and I inquired about living here till now our experience has been great. Sonia Stacy and Constance have all been great with any issues we've come across. Stacey even came up and personally fixed a maintenance issue. The Volta staff has been great in my opinion, would definitely recommend a family member or friend to live here. Especially if I know they have animals, the ladies are always very happy to see not only my dog but others aswell. (They got the snack hook ups)

I had the pleasure of working with Sonia to coordinate my move from out of town, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her professionalism, superb communication, and accommodating spirit. Sonia is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. She made the entire moving process seamless and stress-free. Since moving in, Sonia has continued to brighten my days with her infectious laughter and genuine interest in my well-being. She’s also become quite fond of my dog—whenever I bring him in from a walk, she’s there with a treat and a warm greeting. If you’re looking for a great place to live in Long Beach, I highly recommend Volta on Pine. And if you get the chance to work with Sonia, you're in excellent hands!!

Everything about this place is 5 stars! If I could put 6 I would. Management is on point. Place is secure and parking is great. Special shoutout to Constance Hill. Not only with the amazing work she does but the incredible reception we got when applying here. This place is a vibe and full of life. 10/10

Today we had an amazing tour led by Sarah who was not only kind but very patient. She was very helpful and answered all our questions and concerns that we had. We decided to submit our application right after the tour and cannot be any more excited to be part of an amazing property with an amazing staff. I love this place! Volta! Experience here is great! With great views from my balcony. I get to see the sunrise and the sunset. Sarah, Constance, Sonia! Front office is super helpful, welcoming and great energy. I feel like I live in a resort with all the amenities. Super happy living here.

Everyone here is super friendly and professional. Sarah was occupied and still was able to multitask and assist me with concerns. Maintenance is always good. I'm always satisfied with their work.

I moved in within 2 days of getting approved, so it’s understandable that everything wasn’t exactly as expected. They had to finish cleaning the place properly, but they were very responsive and quick. I’d give them a 8/10 on cleaning. They didn’t clean inside the cabinets and replaced a piece on the wood floor without shining the wood, so it sticks out like a sore thumb. Also, the faucet in the bathroom is disgusting when you look at the drain where the water comes out. Most people miss that part but I always check because it often goes unnoticed. Overall, I’m happy — but paying the money we do I’d like to see top tier service. In good news, the amenities are beautiful; the hot tub and rooftop terrace is amazing.

Volta on pine has been great since moving in, from all the office staff to maintenance staff everyone is profesional and so helpful, grounds and hallways are always clean and well kept. I love how everything is walking distance from Volta on pine, I would definitely move here again. Would recommend to everyone that wants to live in a clean and quiet property.

Volta on pine was such a great living experience. The apartment was a great place to call home while I was here. I have to say the staff here was very helpful and amazing. Jessica was really helpful in helping us find the best living situation at the time and was very helpful with all our needs while living there. Every time I had a Maintenance requested —which was not often—it was handled in a timely manner. This place is great to live and the area is a good area also. Basically could use my bike and go just about anywhere. They offer parking spots but the bike was just nice to use and visit all around the area. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to live with a gym, pool and awesome sky lounge. More than anything though i really enjoyed always having someone there when i needed calcification or just the peace of mind to know there was always a friendly staff ready to attend my needs. Thank you Volta!

The staff here is amazing and does a great job in assisting every resident in the best way possible. The location here is also great and the city offers lots of events to attend.

This property was absolutely beautiful when I first toured. Anely & Jessica were very helpful answering my questions and my move in process. Had a few incidents where residents inform me how bad the property is due to safety reasons, and it’s sad how grown ups don’t allow the ladies do their job. The property has nothing to do with the ladies but the ladies really bought me with their kindness. Although, I see a lot of reviews in regard crime - YOU LIVE AT downtown Long Beach it’s expected to see homeless people and break ins. Literally San Francisco is being torn down by many of these incidents. This place so far has been great and Kayla, leasing agent has been very responsive with my emails. I rather have someone care and be responsive rather than someone ignoring us

I’ve had a great experience at Volta thus far. The staff, especially Anely Flores, have been helpful with processing work orders and everything else that has come up during my time here. The amenities are lovely and the price is great considering what’s included.

My fiance and I are recent tenants, and so far we've been really happy with the space! Anelly was a HUGE help to us since the start, and even helped set up multiple tours for us over the last couple of months of searching. She was also super thoughtful about checking in with us, which ended up being a big factor when we moved! We've even seen her around the building dropping off residents' packages straight to their door, which I think is a really thoughtful extra measure their staff's been taking to help prevent package theft despite their schedules already being pretty packed. The cleaning and maintenance teams have also been really on top of it. Our building, elevator, and hallways always smell and look clean despite being an incredibly pet-friendly space, and maintenance (Jose) fixed all of our minor work orders within the first few days of moving in. Jessica was also a huge help to my partner when he realized another tenant was parking in our spot, and she made sure we weren't without one in the process of moving over. And of course, the apartment itself is clean, spacious, and beautiful. And it's a nice perk being so close to downtown while also being justtt far enough that we don't get too much of the noise. Couldn't be more grateful for the new space!

Love living here! Apartments have the best kitchens I've seen in Long Beach and are sizable. Gym is great and on site staff are friendly and helpful.

I recently moved in to Volta on Pine a couple months ago. Jessica the the Property manager was incredibly nice and professional. She was super helpful from the first moment we met. She made sure my move was smooth and easy, she also helped place me in a unit that was perfectly suited for me and my dog. Another bonus is their super dog friendly, beautiful pool for summer, and fully equipped state of the art Gym. The prices are really good considering they are in the heart of Downtown Longbeach. I recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a beautiful cozy home. 🙌🏻☀️👏

Move in was a great and smooth transition. The management staff, Jessica and Macy were extremely friendly, helpful, and were available and ensured my unit was move-in ready. I am really happy with my beautiful apartment! It is modern and spacious with an exceptional panoramic view of downtown Long Beach, the Vincent Thomas bridge, and all southwest Los Angeles! I can even see the downtown LA skyline! Let's not forget the beautiful sunset I get to see everyday! Very happy with my decision at Volta! 😊

Just moved in on the 5th and so far so good, every inch of this place is clean and seems pretty secure which is conforting. Leasing staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I've been blessed with a nice unit with a nice view. UNFORTUNATELY it is an apartment complex meaning you share the complex with other inconsiderate people. I don't think it's the building (like insulated walls to block out noise)so much as it is my neighbors just being really loud. Upstairs neighbors can be heard just a lil bit when they walk around but BOTH my next door neighbors have their tv's volume all the way up with one neighbor having surround sound. So other than the inconsiderate people I live next to the complex as a whole is nice.

I met with Tyra in the leasing office. She was so friendly, personable, and kind. She was very informative and really assisted me around the apartment complex. She educated me on all the bedroom floor plans and amenities. She presented the leasing options in a easy to follow manner. She also followed up with me afterward. Really showed how organized their leasing office is.

The complex is very beautiful. I especially enjoy the proximity of the restaurants; no need to drive too far for my favorite restaurants. The beach is also not too far which is a big plus! The staff is very accommodating and professional. Overall would recommend it!

There is an annoying package thief problem, especially since a majority of my packages won't get delivered into the parcel pending system. Staff has acted on this and there is a system that will alleviate this, the place has been smelling better and looking cleaner as well ! The staff team are also very friendly and nice people who take concerns seriously and are on top of things!

Toured the Volta yesterday with the fine Tyler Franklin. I was already approved and ready to sign with another complex, but Tyler sold me on the Volta. The place is beautiful, but even more important to me was the great vibe and community feel I got.

I just moved in going on two months and I can say I absolutely love it. I have no complaints whatsoever. The interior design is beautiful. My neighbors are friendly. The leasing agents are nice and friendly and they get the job done, the maintenance is nice too! The cleaning crew is on point so it’s very clean facility. It’s a fairly new building so all the appliances are basically brand new. Very comfortable luxury living , MOVE HERE

I have lived at Volta on Pine for roughly a year now and I have loved every minute of it. I have had a few maintenance work orders or general questions and the staff are always very friendly and willing to help.

I currently live in this wonderful community and so far have no complaints and absolutely love it here! Tyra, the lovely leasing agent, made sure my transition was nice and easy. Very sweet girl who I really appreciate, thank you so much Tyra!!

When I tell you god is good. Courtney changed a terrible day into one of the best days of My year. I instantly trusted her which is something I don’t do!! She toured, cleared, and approved my application in under 40 mins. (I came with paperwork/ documents) she’s friendly and just seriously a perfect example of kindness and putting residents first. I’m so grateful she’s working in this office, she’s such a pleasant person. You don’t find that much anyone. She didn’t rush and stayed after hours to get this completed. I’m blessed. Thank you Volta for picking such great people to make this transition easy. 10/10 and the building is CHEFS KISS honey.

Tyra walked us every step of the way getting settled into our new home, with some good help from Tyler and Eli. A great place to live in Long Beach.

This complex is completely new (built less than 2 years ago), so it goes without saying that the facilities and interior design are modern, aesthetically pleasing, and reliable! My friends who have visited have commented on this as well. My balcony has a lovely view of downtown Long Beach. The prices are very competitive for being such a new building; I looked at other apartments in the area that charged a few hundred $ more for rent, and with older construction. The downtown location is great because many places are within walking distance (gym, laundromat, salons, shopping, food), and the we have easy access to the highways. The pool, hot tub, rooftop deck, and multiple public grills made accessible to residents make hosting friends here really fun! Lastly, I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the staff; everyone has been helpful, welcoming, transparent, and incredibly professional. Tyler Franklin gave me my initial tour and accommodated me at the end of the day even though I did not have an appointment; he helped really sell the place and helped me envision how I could style the open concept layout of the kitchen and living room. Tyra Anderson was my point contact for my lease, application paperwork and finances, and helped make sure everything was processed quickly (and kept good communication with me the whole time) even though I was living in another state when I applied. She also went above and beyond to help me find a larger parking spot (indoor, underground!) for my larger vehicle. The gentleman who helped me when I was locked out of my apartment past midnight came within 10 minutes of me calling him. A great experience overall. I highly recommend Volta, especially to people moving from out of town and want to refine their search!

Volta on Pine is a great apartment complex in Downtown Long Beach. Central location to entertainment, restaurants, and markets. Excellent staff, especially Tyler and Tyra, who have made my move-in seamless. Definitely recommend Volta on Pine.

How can I say how much I love living here! Very easy move in process, the managers are incredibly nice and helpful. Maintenance staff are also super friendly and helpful. Everyone I've met that lives in my building so helpful and talkative, feels more like a community that the average apartment living. The walkability is great, so many things within walking distance. I feel safe & secure in the knowledge that Volta on Pine also takes it's tenants safety & concerns seriously. Tbh if I could but my apartment, I would.
