I'd like to say, from the moment my girlfriend and I inquired about living here till now our experience has been great. Sonia Stacy and Constance have all been great with any issues we've come across. Stacey even came up and personally fixed a maintenance issue. The Volta staff has been great in my opinion, would definitely recommend a family member or friend to live here. Especially if I know they have animals, the ladies are always very happy to see not only my dog but others aswell. (They got the snack hook ups)

Sonia is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. She made the entire moving process seamless and stress-free. Since moving in, Sonia has continued to brighten my days with her infectious laughter and genuine interest in my well-being. She’s also become quite fond of my dog—whenever I bring him in from a walk, she’s there with a treat and a warm greeting. I moved in within 2 days of getting approved, so it’s understandable that everything wasn’t exactly as expected. They had to finish cleaning the place properly, but they were very responsive and quick. I’d give them a 8/10 on cleaning. They didn’t clean inside the cabinets and replaced a piece on the wood floor without shining the wood, so it sticks out like a sore thumb. Also, the faucet in the bathroom is disgusting when you look at the drain where the water comes out. Most people miss that part but I always check because it often goes unnoticed. Overall, I’m happy — but paying the money we do I’d like to see top tier service. In good news, the amenities are beautiful; the hot tub and rooftop terrace is amazing.

Volta on pine was such a great living experience. The apartment was a great place to call home while I was here. I have to say the staff here was very helpful and amazing. Jessica was really helpful in helping us find the best living situation at the time and was very helpful with all our needs while living there. Every time I had a Maintenance requested —which was not often—it was handled in a timely manner. This place is great to live and the area is a good area also. Basically could use my bike and go just about anywhere. They offer parking spots but the bike was just nice to use and visit all around the area. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to live with a gym, pool and awesome sky lounge. More than anything though i really enjoyed always having someone there when i needed calcification or just the peace of mind to know there was always a friendly staff ready to attend my needs. Thank you Volta!

This property was absolutely beautiful when I first toured. Anely & Jessica were very helpful answering my questions and my move in process. Had a few incidents where residents inform me how bad the property is due to safety reasons, and it’s sad how grown ups don’t allow the ladies do their job. The property has nothing to do with the ladies but the ladies really bought me with their kindness. Although, I see a lot of reviews in regard crime - YOU LIVE AT downtown Long Beach it’s expected to see homeless people and break ins. Literally San Francisco is being torn down by many of these incidents. This place so far has been great and Kayla, leasing agent has been very responsive with my emails. I rather have someone care and be responsive rather than someone ignoring us

My fiance and I are recent tenants, and so far we've been really happy with the space! Anelly was a HUGE help to us since the start, and even helped set up multiple tours for us over the last couple of months of searching. She was also super thoughtful about checking in with us, which ended up being a big factor when we moved! We've even seen her around the building dropping off residents' packages straight to their door, which I think is a really thoughtful extra measure their staff's been taking to help prevent package theft despite their schedules already being pretty packed. The cleaning and maintenance teams have also been really on top of it. Our building, elevator, and hallways always smell and look clean despite being an incredibly pet-friendly space, and maintenance (Jose) fixed all of our minor work orders within the first few days of moving in. Jessica was also a huge help to my partner when he realized another tenant was parking in our spot, and she made sure we weren't without one in the process of moving over. And of course, the apartment itself is clean, spacious, and beautiful. And it's a nice perk being so close to downtown while also being justtt far enough that we don't get too much of the noise. Couldn't be more grateful for the new space!

I recently moved in to Volta on Pine a couple months ago. Jessica the the Property manager was incredibly nice and professional. She was super helpful from the first moment we met. She made sure my move was smooth and easy, she also helped place me in a unit that was perfectly suited for me and my dog. Another bonus is their super dog friendly, beautiful pool for summer, and fully equipped state of the art Gym. The prices are really good considering they are in the heart of Downtown Longbeach. I recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a beautiful cozy home. 🙌🏻☀️👏

Just moved in on the 5th and so far so good, every inch of this place is clean and seems pretty secure which is conforting. Leasing staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I've been blessed with a nice unit with a nice view. UNFORTUNATELY it is an apartment complex meaning you share the complex with other inconsiderate people. I don't think it's the building (like insulated walls to block out noise)so much as it is my neighbors just being really loud. Upstairs neighbors can be heard just a lil bit when they walk around but BOTH my next door neighbors have their tv's volume all the way up with one neighbor having surround sound. So other than the inconsiderate people I live next to the complex as a whole is nice.

There is an annoying package thief problem, especially since a majority of my packages won't get delivered into the parcel pending system. Staff has acted on this and there is a system that will alleviate this, the place has been smelling better and looking cleaner as well ! This complex is completely new (built less than 2 years ago), so it goes without saying that the facilities and interior design are modern, aesthetically pleasing, and reliable! My friends who have visited have commented on this as well. My balcony has a lovely view of downtown Long Beach. The prices are very competitive for being such a new building; I looked at other apartments in the area that charged a few hundred $ more for rent, and with older construction. The downtown location is great because many places are within walking distance (gym, laundromat, salons, shopping, food), and the we have easy access to the highways. The pool, hot tub, rooftop deck, and multiple public grills made accessible to residents make hosting friends here really fun! Lastly, I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the staff; everyone has been helpful, welcoming, transparent, and incredibly professional. Tyler Franklin gave me my initial tour and accommodated me at the end of the day even though I did not have an appointment; he helped really sell the place and helped me envision how I could style the open concept layout of the kitchen and living room. Tyra Anderson was my point contact for my lease, application paperwork and finances, and helped make sure everything was processed quickly (and kept good communication with me the whole time) even though I was living in another state when I applied. She also went above and beyond to help me find a larger parking spot (indoor, underground!) for my larger vehicle. The gentleman who helped me when I was locked out of my apartment past midnight came within 10 minutes of me calling him. A great experience overall. I highly recommend Volta, especially to people moving from out of town and want to refine their search!

How can I say how much I love living here! Very easy move in process, the managers are incredibly nice and helpful. Maintenance staff are also super friendly and helpful. Everyone I've met that lives in my building so helpful and talkative, feels more like a community that the average apartment living. The walkability is great, so many things within walking distance. We were so blown away that we completed our application the same day as the tour. Brian also helped us get a storage unit on site, and has always made sure we had what we need. 2 months later I would definitely recommend Volta on Pine to anyone looking for an awesome apartment in Long Beach.

I've lived at Volta for a year now and I truly love it! I was a little apprehensive when new management took over but Brian, Zack, and the maintenance staff have been absolutely kind, personable, and attentive. The biggest draw for me staying is the peace and quiet which is very hard to find in apartment living. The location is great, the amenities are great, and my neighbors are friendly. I'm looking forward to renewing my lease next month!

I wish I could give more stars than just 5. The staff here has been amazing. This is by far the best apartment and leasing experience we've ever had. Brain helped us so much during our move, he gave us a FaceTime tour of all the units and very responsive and kind. The amenities are great and are well maintained. The maintenance staff are great guys and very responsive to any of our needs. 10/10 would recommend.

When I got to my appointment, I could tell Brian Nguyen was going to be an amazing person to work with. He took his time getting to know me so that he can pick the best units for me to look at. I will like to say a massive big thank you to Volta on pine team, Jessica was so helpful and extremely effective dealing with me in all manners of professionalism and when she follows up on my requests she really does follow up!, But i wanna say an even bigger massive Thank you to Brian Nguyen, from the minute i walked into that building i was sold, I was in dire need of an apartment and Brian being a professional sales man made sure i didnt walk away empty handed, I ended up paying a deposit within the next couple mins of meeting him and finally moved into my apartment on the exact date I was given, Me being relatively new in the country Brian assisted and guided me through the entire process, ensuring that i had a roof over my head in ample time and im grateful for this extra care and guidance. The whole experience so far has been somewhat seamless and bearable, constantly getting the first hand information and speedy feedback I require at all times. The service all round has been great!!! I love it here!!!

Moved into Volta at the end of September 2021 and have had great experiences from the beginning. We were moving from far away so we had limited touring availability but Maria Velasquez was able to help squeeze us in and help us with the whole application process. She was very friendly and professional and made the process from application to move-in super easy and an overall great experience. On our move-in date we were greeted by Brian Nguyen, he gave us a tour of the amenities and did our in-unit inspection. Much like Maria, he was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He has been our go-to sales associate since move-in for any questions or concerns we have, he is always willing to find the answer to our questions if he doesn't already know it. Brian was able to help us add a storage unit in November 2021 on the same day we requested it, and was very helpful in sharing what our options were for choosing the storage unit. The apartment complex itself is very clean and well maintained and we haven't had any issues with amenities or other tenants. The complex is in a prime location with many shops and restaurants within walking distance, including the Pike Outlets. Overall Volta on Pine has been a great place to live.

Note: this review is for the customer service I received and my experience in the application process. Ultimately, I wasn’t able to move in due to a change in personal situation but the rest still is applicable here. I wanted to leave a review and talk about the stellar experience I had with Brian. Prior to picking Volta, I had toured a large number of places and no one ever made me feel as “at home” (despite the Volta being the nicest property I toured) as Brian! He helped me calculate my monthly costs if I were to move into Volta and take advantage of the look and lease special— if you tour and put a deposit to hold a unit within 24 hours, they give you a month free and an extra $1K off! After all the discounts, it became affordable for me and a great value for everything that you get. Brian walked me through all the amenities, and answered any questions I had. I didn’t feel rushed, or like I was being sold to. In fact, I feel like he helped me upsell myself! Haha. I was only interested in the cheapest possible units but after doing some touring I saw that just for $50 more a month I would have a considerably larger unit, so it was a no brainer. Honestly, if it weren’t for my change in financial situation, I’d be living here now. But after my experience with Brian, I know I’ll be back as soon as I can.

Home at last! My boyfriend and I were looking to move into Downtown Long Beach and had spent several weeks touring different homes — from guest back-house units, to 400 sq. ft studios, to luxury buildings — we had truly seen it all. Before heading over to Volta on Pine, we have previously toured and almost signed with AMLI Park Broadway. The experience over there was painful. Their entire team was disorganized, disconnected with one another (our contract had gotten passed around and lost several times), and ultimately we lost about $150 trying to apply there but pulled out last minute because of the lack of attention and poor customer service. A total waste of time, money, and energy. So... when we finally ended up at Volta it was like our prayers were ANSWERED. We had sent an online inquiry on a Sunday and within a few hours we received a call from Brian who kindly set up a same-day tour. Still feeling queasy from our experience at AMLI, we were hesitant driving over, but as soon as we walked in we were greeted by Brian and the rest is history! Well.. I guess I should relay you a little more detail than that. Brian walked us through both buildings — there's the Pine Building (Building A) and the Pacific Building (Building B) and thoroughly explained all the amenities, community guidelines, and of course all the pros AND the cons of the three different units he walked us through. What made the experience so positive was that before walking us through the three options, he asked us what we were looking for and on-the-spot(!) tailored our tour to what we were prioritizing. He really took into account what we said and to no surprise — we fell in love with the third option and signed the lease the same-day. Yes, I said the same thing to myself — "damn, he's that good!?". But all jokes aside, Brian really showcased the building's best features in the most honest way and when you combine genuine, helpful staff with a great building/unit there's really no point in looking anywhere else! We've been living at Volta on Pine for about two weeks now and are so pleased with the staff, the building, and the other tenants. It's definitely a "young, hip" community of working professionals. We frequent the fully-equipped gym (we love the TRX equipment and spin bikes) and the Sky Deck where we've been watching baseball playoffs on the TV outside, so it's safe to say these amenities don't just sit around collecting dust. Shout out to Brian, truly, for helping us finally find the perfect place in Downtown Long Beach! We still bump into him from time to time as he's hard at work touring potential tenants and even staying late (it was literally 9:30pm on a weekday and he was still working) to make sure the Sky Deck was in good condition, and we definitely have peace of mind knowing he's there to answer any questions we might have. Grateful to call Volta our home ❤️

Everything here is new so it makes it much better. I'm excited for Summer when all the amenities open which include the gym, pool and roof top lounge. The staff is amazing, always helpful and very professional. Property is always clean and we'll maintain. The maintenance staff are friendly and very professional as well.
